ABC Interested In Kate Gosselin Starring in ‘The Bachelorette’ [AUDIO]
As rumors of a new dating show circle, embattled mother of eight Kate Gosselin is being eyed by ABC to star in what would be an epic season of “The Bachelorette”
ABC President Stephen McPherson joined host Chris Harrison and “Bachelor” franchise creator Mike Fleiss on Ryan’s radio show Wednesday to talk about the possibility of inviting the reality star to the show.

“I think that would be a phenomenal show,” said Harrison. “Can you imagine night one, guys getting out of the limo and there’s this beautiful blonde with eight kids standing behind her…it would make good TV.”
McPherson, the network’s head honcho who oversaw Gosselin’s casting in “Dancing with the Stars,” also chimed in saying her being the next bachelorette “would be fantastic.”
Franchise mastermind Mike Fleiss admitted he hasn’t spoken with her about the idea, but said that if Gosselin agrees it will “have to be a special edition” as he doesn’t want to depart from the true nature of the show.
