Not only did Hilary reveal she had the assistance of a co-writer (Elise Allen) joking, “cause I didn’t go to college,” she also offered Ryan an inside peek of what the Comrie-Duff household is like. Duff commented her hockey hubby Mike Comrie is only on page five of the book as he’d rather watch hockey on TV then read. When poised with the question of having kids in the near future, Duff reminded Ryan it’s only been a mere “six weeks” of marriage and they have enough on their hands with “six babies already…[being] four dogs and two cats,” all of which are Hilary’s own leaving Comrie to be dubbed the “step-dog-dad.”
Duff’s first novel “Elixir” is available in stores now; and keep your eyes out for the second book, as Hilary dished she’ll be begin writing in just two weeks!
