To amp up your award show excitement, and prepare your TiVo, take a look at the top 20 moments we’re most looking forward to:
10. Holly Madison, Kris Jenner, & Ross Matthews Added To The Host Panel:
Switching it up a bit and adding to the usual hosts Catt Sadler, Ashlan Gorse, and Jason Kennedy will be the hilarious Ross Matthews, momager Kris Jenner, and Heff’s Ex Holly Madison. The six will host the “Countdown to the Red Carpet” show, which will feature appearances from Audrina Patridge and Joan Rivers as well as design duo Rodarte, sisters Laura and Kate Mulleavy, who created the six tutus worn by Natalie Portman in “Black Swan” and will be stopping by E! for an exclusive–expect to hear fashion deets straight from the source as well as about their friendship with Portman and what’s next for them. The countdown airs 2-6pm ET/11-3pm PT
9. E!’s Got Red Carpet Exclusives & A Surprise For Host James Franco
Ryan’s got the prime position on the carpet–he’ll be the first to interview all the A-listers during “Live From the Red Carpet,” with his set being the first stop on the carpet, ahead of any other outlets! Tune in to catch interviews with A-list celebs like Jennifer Lawrence from”Winter’s Bone” and Florence + The Machine’s Florence Welch, who will be performing later during the show. As well as to catch the surprise E! has planned for host James Franco…we wonder what it could be?! Tune in 3-5pm PT / 6-8pm ET.
8. The Glamastrator Is Back! & E!’s Skybox Offers Aerial Carpet View and A View Of The Kodak Theater Entrance!
While Ryan’s positioned on the carpet, his partner in crime Giulana Rancic will be joined by Kelly Osbourne in the E! Skybox during the “Live From the Red Carpet” show, which not only gives you a bird’s eye view of the carpet, but this year will also allow you inside scoop on the entrance to the Kodak Theater as well! You can’t deny you’re excited to witness celebs mingling with one another when they think they’re off the carpet. Kelly will have E!’s Glamastrator as well, which as a telestrator-like device will aid her in the discussion of the fashion fumbles and touchdowns of the carpet.
7. “Chelsea Lately” Comedians & Joe Zee Take On The Post Show
Alongside Jason Kennedy will be “Chelsea Lately” comedians Brad Wollack, Heather McDonald, and Sarah Colonna who are sure to make you laugh with their comments, along with fashion guru Joe Zee, who as Elle magazine’s Creative Director definitely has an opinion to offer on the fashion. They’ll be airing live”E!’s After Party!” at 9-10:30pm PT / 12-1:30am ET from the new set featured in the lobby of historic Roosevelt Hotel-aka the site of the first ever Oscars!

4. “Burlesque” Dancers and Holly Madison Host A Runway Show
In a salute to the film “Burlesque,” a live runway show will be conducted complete with Holly Madison as host. The show will include dancers from “Burlesque” in their original costumes from the film as models strut their stuff down the thematically “Black Swan” themed catwalk. The show’s styled by E!’s “Fashion Police” George Kotsiopoulos.
3. Joan Rivers Makes An Acceptance Speech…Without Being Nominated
Joan River’s makes an acceptance speech…or what would have been! Joan River’s documentary “Joan River’s: A Piece of Work” was left out off the Academy Awards nomination list this year, but leave it to the comedian to still give an acceptance speech. E!’s got the speech she would have given and it’ll conclude the show–we can only imagine what she’s got in store…!
2. Kendall and Kylie Jenner Raid Khloe Kardashian’s Closet
The youngest of the Kardashian bunch, Kendall and Kylie Jenner raided Khloe Kardashian’s closet and will be sharing with E! not only what they found but what they would like to wear to the Oscar after parties too.
