Ludacris Wants Halle Berry’s Attention on Set of ‘New Year’s Eve’ [AUDIO]
Rapper turned actor Ludacris called “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” from the set of “New Year’s Eve,” the sequel to “Valentine’s Day” featuring a star-studded cast including Robert DeNiro, John Stamos, Hilary Swank, Ashton Kutcher and our own Ryan Seacrest.
“I’m extremely excited to be a part of this cast,” said Ludacris, who plays a New York City police officer. “Unfortunately I don’t have any scenes with Halle Berry though Ryan. What the hell is up with that, I thought you were supposed to make that happen?” joked Ludacris.
Ludacris will also be seen on April 29 in “Fast 5,” the fifth installment from the “Fast and the Furious” franchise of films.
“That movie is amazing,” said Ludacris. “I guarantee you it’ll be, if not number one, in the top three movies of this year. Trust me, when it comes to action, ‘Fast 5′ is ridiculous.
While he’s successfully made the leap to the big screen, Ludacris hasn’t abandoned his music career. The celebrated rapper said he’s just starting production on his eighth studio album “Ludaversal” which we can expect to see by the end of 2011.
