The Single Ladies singer debuted the cover of her fourth studio album – appropriately titled 4 on Thursday. The picture features a scantily-clad Beyoncé with a fur vest – looking intensely into the distance. The photo is simple, yet powerful as her single “Who Runs The World (Girls)” – a female empowerment anthem – seems to complement the power of woman.

The album itself is of great importance to Beyoncé because it represents her fourth solo album, but holds the title of the number 4, which is the day of her birth. Knowles took time to carefully craft this new album as a personal message to her fans and anticipates that it will leave them incredibly satisfied.

The album is slated for a June 28th release, with many teeming with excitement to see what tricks Beyoncé has up her sleeves this time around.
