As music’s wunderkind Justin Bieber ramps up for what is quickly becoming the most highly-anticipated album of his young career, news of the big names he is collaborating with is surfacing in the press. We caught up with Bieber on the red carpet of Sunday’s 2011 Teen Choice Awards where he gave us the scoop on who we can expect to hear on the record.

“The new music is gonna be crazy,” exclaimed Bieber who won Choice Male Artist in the awards show. “I’m really excited about it, it’s going to be iconic.”

Bieber didn’t divulge a release date as those details are still being worked out by his record label, but he did explain that he’s writing music with good friend Chris Brown but isn’t sure whose album the songs will appear on.

“It just depends, but we’re definitely collaborating,” said Bieber. The two recently teamed up for a new track “Ladies Love Me,” that was released with Brown’s new mixtape.

Brown isn’t the only big name working on Bieber’s new album — rapper Kanye West is following up on his very public offer to make music for Bieber’s album. However, this isn’t the first time the duo has worked together — West tweeted back in February this photo of his “beat protege” in the studio.

Other artists that are reportedly making music with Bieber include Black Eyed Peas mastermind Will.i.am, Rascal Flatts, and Drake.
