Julian is 16-year old producer/writer that has worked with Soulja Boy, Sean Kingston, Justin Bieber, Bow Wow, and Nicole Scherzinger and you can see Kendall each week on “Keeeping Up with The Kardashians.” Julian told us when it was that he first noticed Kendall.

“I was in bed watching E! at 11 o’clock on Tuesday and I was watching the Kardashian show and I was like ‘Wow, this girl Kendall is gorgeous.’ So, I got out of bed, I got my phone and I remember that Justin told me that he met her. I was like ‘Yo, Justin you got to introduce me to this girl.’ Then two minutes later I see that I’ve gone up 5000 Twitter,” Julian explains. He didn’t know that his friend Justin was going to put it out there in the Twitter-verse, but he said he knew that Justin would make it happen!

Once we got both of them on the phone, the conversation was a little awkward, yet very cute at the same time. It was that moment of being a teeanage and asking your crush out for the very first time. Kendall admits she really didn’t know anything about Julian. Julian didn’t have any questions for Kendall except for THE question, “I want to know if I can take her out one time?” Kendall’s response, “Of course you can!” Awwwwww, how sweet. Will Justin and Selena be joining them for a double date? Julian tells us, “It is definitely in discussion, I think it’s a possiblitity.”
