The very muscular and handsome, Taylor Lautner, called into “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” Wednesday to give us the details on his new movie and the emotional ride that the “Twilight” series has taken him on.

Taylor’s new action-packed movie, “Abduction,” gets a little sexy. How was chemistry between him and his co-star, Lily Collins? He shares, “Oh, boy, you know, I would say, pretty good. There’s a steamy scene or two. And we definitely had to just dive right into it.”

Taylor can now add “action movie star” to his resume. He’s said to be the next Tom Cruise, and Taylor doesn’t seem to mind it at all. He says, “I’ve had a few actors that I’ve looked up to my entire life. I mean, like, Tom Cruise and Matt Damon, Leonardo (DiCaprio). They’ve done similar movies and tone to this. But what I love most about them is that they’ve continued to challenge themselves in a wide variety of roles throughout their career.”

Taylor doesn’t know if “Abduction” will be returning as a sequel. He thinks, “There’s a lot of depth to this character. He goes through a ton in this movie. And I mean, there’s definitely places he could go. We are just taking it one step at a time. We’ll see.”

Even if “Abduction” doesn’t return for a part two, we can still expect to see Taylor return to his character, Jacob, in “Breaking Dawn- Part I,” and he gets a little teary-eyed just thinking about it. He says, “I wasn’t sure what to expect from this movie because the book is so different than any of the other books. I will admit this movie is very different than any of the other movies. But it is by far, my favorite one.”

He continues by saying, “It’s cool because you see these same characters, you know you’ve learned to grow. It’s amazing seeing the characters in a different light than you’ve ever seen them before. It’s an emotional one.”
