Comedian Jonah Hill Addresses ‘Moneyball’ Oscar Buzz [AUDIO]
“Superbad” comedian Jonah Hill called into “On Air With Ryan Seacrest” this morning to talk about acting in his first drama movie “Moneyball” with Brad Pitt, what his secret was to lose weight, and why he might have a ‘dance off’ with “Glee” star Matthew Morrison!
The 27-year-old Los Angeles native tells us the film is a “crazy underdog story about basically taking players that nobody else wanted…with no money and making this winning team.” Produced by Brad Pitt himself, the true account shows Jonah’s dramatic side that we’ve never seen before! He describes, “I really waited for the right thing that I felt is what I could do really well.”
The “sex symbol” comedian also reveals his secret to his huge weight loss: “I take it very seriously, I didn’t treat it like a diet. I really wanted to change the way I was living.” Jonah’s even carries his healthy habits into his professional life with other comedians! Jonah confides, “I’m shooting a movie with Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn out in Atalanta, and everyone is really healthy on the set. We are joking about how much people would expect us to be crazy together, but all we do is talk about (healthy) shakes!”
Jonah addresses about overhearing “Glee’s” Matthew Morrison making a joke about him! When Jonah reminisces about his tirade on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon,” he tells us what his rebuttal will be with the “Glee” star: “We’re gonna have to take it to the streets, either a dance off, or some gentlemanly throwdown.” We wonder who would win!?
