Russell Brand Pranks Twitter Followers
Comedian Russell Brand apparently couldn’t help taking his comedy show act to Twitter after realizing he had to postpone his show due to airplane difficulties! He was to fly to Toronto, Canada to perform a comedy skit at Casino Rama, but soon after discovering there was an issue with the plane, he had to postpone!
The British guy joked on Twitter: “HELP! I’m gonna be late for Casino Rama show unless someone can force Canadian customs officials to let us land in Orillia!” To make matters even funnier, he teased: “I’m sorry. I can’t enter Canada. We must abolish the borders between our nations AND our minds.”
Obviously trying to make light out of the situation, he may have confused people about having border issues, but at least he made some funny jokes out of it at the same time! The casino’s Twitter account even had to clear up the fuss: “Ok all, let’s be clear, @rustyrockets is still in Cali, he never left, he has no immigration or border issue, it was a tech issue with plane!”
