The show’s only been on the air for three seasons, but cult hit “Glee” already amassed a whopping 300 musical performances — what artist did they choose to cover for the big milestone? None other than Adele of course, whose monster album 21, recently earned the underachieving title of best-selling digital album of all time.

The song is a mashup from the November 15 episode curiously titled “Mashup”, and takes Adele’s smash single “Someone Like You” and beautifully melds it with her harder-hitting “Rumour Has It.” Sung by Amber Riley (Mercedes) and Naya Rivera (Santana), the chill-inducing song is fraught with emotion as Santana throws piercing looks at her sweetheart Brittany played by Heather Morris.

Watch ‘Glee’s’ 300th musical performance and more on Tuesday’s episode of the show at 8/7c on Fox.
