1. Hit The Gym!

Probably one of the most popular new year’s resolutions EVER. But, it’s true. There’s nothing like getting a head start on your summer bikini bod during the winter time when most people tend to hibernate. Whether you go in the morning, or evening, set a time and go 3-5 times a week. You will feel a difference! Working out increases you energy, improves your mood, and toning up never hurt anyone! 2. Make Time for Yourself

Whether you go to church or start taking a yoga class, having time for yourself is sometimes crucial to stay sane in today’s society. 3. Set Goals

4. Be Proactive

Are you known as the “flake” of the group” – Saying you want to go, then end up sleeping at home? Make it a pact to yourself to not say “No” – Become more open minded, try new things. 5. Save Money

Ever complain about never having money… for anything? Do something about it. Set an amount per week or month that you want to save. Have it deducted from your account at the beginning of the month and forget about it. Make sure to check the account after 6 months and you’ll see how much you’ve accumulated and maybe it you can treat yourself to something you’ve always wanted, never were able to afford.
