Channing Tatum & His Wife Rate Each Other on A Love Scale of 1 to 10 [AUDIO]
Heartthrob Channing Tatum called in to “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” Thursday to talk about his new movie “The Vow,” a game he plays with his wife and helps make a listener’s Valentine’s Day extra special.
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and everyone is looking for new creative ways to be romantic. You may have heard that Channing likes to hide love notes for his wife, “Step-Up” actress Jenna Dewan, but he also explains he has to work at marriage too. The dancer turned actor tells us that they have a game that they play where you ask the other person, “How much do you love me on a scale of 1 to 10, right now? Go!” Of course you have to be honest, and Channing admits that he has scored as low as a 5 in the past.
Channing stars in the new new highly anticipated romance drama “The Vow,” which is based on a inspirational true story. His wife in the movie, played by Rachel McAdams, wakes up from a coma and has forgotten the last 5 years of her life, including him. “It is an emotional movie at certain times, but it definitely has a good ending. It’s a very frustrating type of a journey for two people that obviously are good people, that love each other or he loves her and they have to kind of let each other go in a way to be able to find their way back to each other,” he explains.
Channing was also able to help make a deserving listener’s Valentine’s Day special. Ryan had received an email from a listener saying that her 13-year-old son wanted to take her out to Applebee’s for Valentine’s Day and take her to see “The Vow.” However, even though he had saved his allowence, he still couldn’t afford it. So, Channing then offered to pay for the dinner and also gave them tickets to see his new movie. What a nice guy!
“The Vow” opens in theaters everywhere February 10th.
