Paul Rudd Has The Uncanny Ability of Naming ANY Tune [AUDIO]

We put Paul Rudd to the test.

Leslie Mann, wife of “40 Year Old Virgin” director Judd Apatow, claims Paul possesses the uncanny ability of naming any tune after hearing three bars of any song! Even further, the “Wanderlust” star is rumored to be able to not only name the song, but also the artist, the year it was released and even a bit of backstory.

We were skeptical.

Paul balks, “I’m so out of touch. If it was 80’s synth pop I might know or something that is weird.” Nevertheless, we press the topic.

Mr. Rudd passes our first test which is Chumbawamba‘s hit Tubthumping and even adds: “To my knowledge the best version of that song was recorded by ‘They Might Be Giants‘ on the A.V. Club.” Paul flies through our final two challenges by naming Selena Gomez‘s “Love You Like A Love Song” and Sir Mix-A-Lot‘s “Baby Got Back.”
