“Ladies and gentlemen, can I please have your attention? I’ve just been handed an urgent and horrifying news story. I need all of you, to stop what you’re doing, and listen:”
Okay, so maybe the news is actually more exciting than horrible—Will Ferrell, Steve Carell, Paul Rudd and David Koechner are reuniting for the sequel to “Anchorman.” In a burgundy suit, the big screen’s favorite anchorman Ron Burgundy (Ferrell) himself broke the wonderful news on Conan O’Brien‘s talk show.
“I want to announce this to everyone here in the Americas—to my friends in Spain, Turkey and the U.K., including England. As of 0900 Mountain Time, Paramount Pictures and myself, Ronald Joseph Aaron Burgundy, have come to terms on a sequel for “Anchorman.’”
