The Wanted is finally catching fire here in the US, and fans can’t get enough. Unfortunately, the British boy band has yet to release an album in the states, so American fans have been playing “Glad You Came” on repeat trying to get their fix. Luckily, VEVO has finally released the video for “Lightning” for US audiences! Now we can play this song on repeat instead, and the video is really good!

The guys are in a lightning field singing for a very special girl. “When your lips touch mine / It’s the kiss of life / I know that it’s a little bit frightening / We might as well be playing with lightning,” they sing in harmony. Meanwhile, young couples get close under a night sky lit with fireworks. It’s the perfect video to keep us sighing and blushing until The Wanted’s first US album drops on April 24th.
