Sparks Fly Between Jennifer & Maksim During Surprise Interview [AUDIO]
“Goodbye, Jennifer…” said Maksim in his best “breathy tone,” but let’s start at the beginning.
Jennifer Love Hewitt called in to “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” Friday morning under the pretense of discussing the recent controversy surrounding her smash hit “The Client List,” but little did the famed actress know Ryan Seacrest was to play matchmaker!
On Her Admiration For “DWTS'” Maksim:
Earlier this week Jennifer attended a taping of “Dancing with the Stars” where she confesses her admiration for professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy in what Ryan claims to be a distinctly noticeable “breathy tone.” Jennifer giggled and confessed: “I think Maks is so amazing! He’s such a good dancer! I don’t know why it was ‘breathy,’ but I’m sorry about that!”
Little did Miss Hewitt know that Ryan had secretly dialed in the famous dancer to respond! Maksim jokes, “She put me in a lot of trouble with all my friends! They were like ‘You go out to LA. You make it, and you don’t tell us your dating Jennifer Love Hewitt!'”
Jennifer flirtatiously apologized for her accidental “breathy tone,” but the Russian toe tapper would have none of it saying: “Don’t apologize. If anything, thank you. I’m definitely flattered!” Moments before hanging up, Maksim revealed that he has had his eye on Jennifer as well saying, “When I’m feeling down and I need to put a smile on my face I just get outside and every billboard seems to be ‘The Client List.’ Trust me!”
On “The Client List” Advertisement Controversy:
Jennifer can be seen all around Los Angeles. She stated, “Yes, we had some billboards that people paid attention to!” But did the controversy cause the voluptuous actress to cover up? “Yes, it was very strange, but for a magazine they did….They changed one of our ads and I think people were a little upset about that, but they left our billboards [alone]. So I guess that was good,” she says.
On Singing Carrie Underwood’s “Before He Cheats” In “The Client List”:
“We get a little saucy and we give our best to a Carrie Underwood song, and we have a good time. It’s nice. My character needs to blow off a little bit of steam. So we do it karaoke style.” She continues, “Oh my God, it’s the best! I love that song so much. I was really excited that we we’re able to get it into the episode, and it just goes really well with our storyline.”
Be sure to tune in for “The Client List” Sunday 10/9 Central on Lifetime
