For Jaden Smith, it’s clear that even in Hollywood, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

Will Smith‘s 13-year-old son, known for his roles in “The Pursuit of Happyness” and “The Karate Kid”, has dabbled in music recently, collaborating with friend Justin Bieber first for “Never Say Never” and again for a New Year’s Eve song released at the start of this year. But today the multi-talented teen is following in the footsteps of his father (and younger sister Willow) and has exclusively shared his latest solo track “Give It To Em” with RyanSeacrest.com!

While much about the song and his forthcoming new music is hush hush, we can confirm Jaden wrote the song himself, channeling the likes of Drake and yes, a young Fresh Prince, rapping about his life, riches and supremacy in the rap game.

Though music is on the horizon, Jaden isn’t abandoning his film career though — the young actor is starring in M. Night Shyamalan‘s next film “After Earth”, alongside Will and “Hunger Games” star Isabelle Fuhrman.

“Jaden is probably the one of my kids who looks at me like I’m meat,” Will recently said at “Men In Black III” interview with Celebuzz. “He’s like, ‘I’m coming for you. You have no idea!’ He’s looking across the dinner table at me.”

Jaden is wise to have his sights set on his old man — Will is one of the most profitable actors in Hollywood.

“I tell him all the time, ‘Son, listen. I’m going to teach you everything I know. You’ll work hard and, y’know, you’ll be the second biggest movie star in the world!”
