When people ask us what it’s like to work at Ryan Seacrest Productions (RSP), what we’d like to say is that it’s a dream come true—though we know that’s not what you want to hear. You want the details.

Every day we have the chance to interact with some of the most talented people in this industry. Despite what you may think there are no egos here. Everyone is willing to help and give you a piece of his or her time.

Whether it’s blogging about daily entertainment news or picking up important clients in the lobby, we’re always considered as integral members of the team.

Some of us arrived with a background in radio. As interns, we are able to work for the radio team by transcribing celebrity interviews and writing morning radio show blogs. It’s always a treat to contribute to “On Air With Ryan Seacrest.”

Recently we were able to attend an event featuring up and coming pop group Cimorelli and we were even allowed to interview the girls backstage. It turned out to be a really great team bonding event—a memory we will all treasure after we leave.

And of course, meeting Ryan tops our list as the ultimate intern experience. Being able to hear from him personally and shake his hand further cements that we are valued as individuals at this company.

At RSP you are not “just an intern”—you will get out of the job as much as you give. So in the end, we take it back. Interning at RSP is not just our dream come true—it’s even better.
