The US Open of Surfing will be taking place in Huntington Beach, California July 28th to August 5th. Of course the crowd is stoked for the surfing, but the music stage has also become one of the most anticipated events during the Open. One of the bands that will be taking the stage this year is indie rock band Grouplove.

“For years my brother and I have been going to the US Open to watch the competition, so to perform and hang with the best surfers in the world is such an honor for me,” says band member Andrew Wessen. Grouplove (preceded by White Arrows and Hindu Pirates) will take the stage on August 2nd between 4:30 – 6:30pm PT. Not able to make it to the beach to see the performance? WATCH IT HERE LIVE!
