From boy band to solo artist, Travis Garland is gearing up to dominate the music industry. Originally the lead singer of NLT, a band of four boys including GLEE‘s Kevin McHale, Travis is taking the steps to follow his own path in the music world.

Born in Texas, Travis relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a promising future for his admirable talent. His most recent Youtube cover included his seductive take on Ne-Yo‘s “Let Me Love You (Until You Love Yourself).” This cover is just one of the many Travis has uploaded to his Youtube page. The versatility his voice reaches is something only few artists can achieve.

When he’s not doing covers, Travis finds himself creating original songs that exceed all expectations one might have for on-the-rise artists. One of those original songs included a friend of Travis’ and singer, JoJo, who collaborated on a track called “Paint.”

“Let Me Love You (Until You Love Yourself)” is just one of the many covers Travis has done. He’s done all types of musical artists from R&B royalty Usher to soft rock romancer John Mayer. He also did his own rendition of No Doubt‘s first single “Settle Down” from their upcoming album. Watch his rockin’ cover below.
