Tonight on ABC‘s “Dancing With The Stars: All-Stars,” former winner of “The BachelorMelissa Rycroft will be literally dancing until it hurts alongside her partner Tony Dovolani.

Melissa has been fighting through back and neck injuries that she suffered two weeks ago in rehearsals; if that wasn’t enough to deal with, she’s also a busy wife and mother raising 20-month-old daugher Ava Grace with husband Tye Strickland.

The first time Melissa danced on the show, she was a single lady. So is it more challenging this time around to balance the show with a family?

“Definitley. I thought we had it all figured out coming into the competition. Any mom out there that tried to be both mom and working realizes that it’s hard. The days in the studio are much shorter than they used to be. It’s much harder this time around with family,” Melissa tells us.
