Cher Lloyd rose to fame after appearing on the UK’s version of “The X Factor“. Since the show, Cher Lloyd debuted her first album this year in the United States, which consisted of her top hits “Want U Back” and “Oath“.

Ed Sheeran is just one of the many artists from the United Kingdom who took over 2012 as a new artist. After finding success with his hit single “The A Team“, Ed is gearing up to open with Taylor Swift for her next tour!

One Direction has not only taken over the United States, but the world. The band also came from the same season of “The X Factor” with Cher Lloyd and came out with chart-toppers “What Makes You Beautiful” and “Live While We’re Young“.

Karmin took the same route as Justin Bieber after gaining worldwide success from their YouTube videos. 2012 was definetly the year for Karmin with “Brokenhearted“.

Hunter Hayes has had a successful year in 2012 after touring with Carrie Underwood and nabbing three Grammy awards, the “Wanted” singer is on his way to dominating the country scene.
