The hunk tells “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” his day starts with: “A bowl of oatmeal. Then i’ll have like six egg whites, six ounces of chicken breast and then throughout the day I’m normally having some kind of lean protein like chicken breast, or ground turkey, and some complex carbs.”
