‘American Idol’ Judges Told They Are Too Nice On Elimination Night
The “American Idol” judges received a bit of a scolding Thursday night from record producer and show mentor Jimmy Lovine.
“Some of the singers sang really well and some did not,” Jimmy said regarding the performance show. “But it seemed like the judges were complimentary across the board. I really don’t understand what’s going on…You can’t coddle people.”
Regardless of the judges’ comments, contestant Paul Jolley received the least amount of votes and was sent home. Does Jimmy have a good point? Should the judges be more critical next week? Find out Wednesday at 8 p.m. on FOX.
