Before Fall Out Boy fans purchase the band’s brand new album, they can hear it first.

The reunited band put Save Rock and Roll – their first release in five years – in its entirety on their Facebook page on Tuesday, the same day it was released.

But it’s not like their fifth album, which features vocals from Elton John and Courtney Love, isn’t worth the purchase. In its first day of release, it received rave reviews from music critics. At the end of the day on Tuesday, it was also No. 1 on iTunes’ top albums chart.

Their first single, “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up),” has already reached the Top 20 on Billboard’s Pop, Rock, and Alternative charts.

Have you listened to Save Rock and Roll? Was it worth the wait from Fall Out Boy?
