Hayley Williams Explains Why Band Titled New Album ‘Paramore’
Paramore is back after taking a four-year break and enduring a falling out with former guitarist Josh Farro and drummer Zac Farro.
But why is their new release titled Paramore when it’s their fourth album?
Singer Hayley Williams revealed it’s — in a way — actually their debut album as a “new” band (original bassist Jeremy Davis and guitarist Taylor York are still rocking with Hayley).
“I just feel it’s more of a journey about life,” the spunky redhead tells “On Air with Ryan Seacrest.” “You know, it’s not about being in a band and touring the world and having issues. It’s about humans facing regular everyday life and I think that’s something anyone can connect to.”
