Vinny Guadagnino: Lil Wayne Using My Bathroom Was ‘Honorary Moment’

Former Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino has returned to the small screen, debuting his interviewing skills on MTV’s The Show with Vinny, where he opens up his Staten Island, NY, home to chat with celebrities.

“I never even had a guest over to my house growing up because I was so embarrassed of my small bathroom and house,” he joked on On Air with Ryan Seacrest on Wednesday. “And now, I have these big celebrities and camera crews and reporters coming through my house. It’s crazy.”

The reality star explained that to have the show in his family home, it required a bit of a remodel, including turning his sister’s room into a green room. So how did she feel about it?

“She didn’t have a choice in that. The production company came in and they were like, ‘This is going to be the green room.’ [They] turned my mom’s room into a dining room.”

And all the changes to the home clearly paid off … Vinny’s guests include everyone from Lil Wayne to Ke$ha.

Vinny shared one of his favorite moments was when the rapper used his bathroom. “I mean, come on. Wouldn’t you? That was an honorary moment for me … he’s my favorite rapper. I was honored to have him pee in my bowl.”

The talk show host also added that his guests don’t just stay inside the house. “Sometimes we don’t do it in the house, we go around town and do things, [like] we had Mark Wahlberg and we went to a gym with him, [but others like] Ke$ha came over to the house.”

Another houseguest was LMFAO‘s Redfoo. “Redfoo was kind of on a diet,” said Vinny. “He’s an insane tennis player and was all into his fitness, so my mother made him grilled chicken and steamed vegetables.”

Vinny also shared that his former Jersey Shore cast mate Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is doing better after recently being hospitalized for kidney stones.

“I texted him. He said he’s not in good shape right now. He’s still bedridden. But I’m happy hes actually texting back and is responsive to me but he has kidney infections, so hopefully he does okay and pulls through.”
