‘American Idol’ Finale: Watch all the Star-Studded Performances

After 10 weeks of performances, the country has final chosen its next American Idol.

At the Season 12 finale on Thursday night, Candice Glover was crowned the winner over tough competitor Kree Harrison.

But before the big revelation, it was a star-studded night of performances from some of the biggest names in the music business.

‘The Vampire Diaries’ Exes Nina Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder Reunite

First up was The Band Perry, who were joined onstage by Janelle Arthur for some singing (and a lot of head banging).

Next, was the Top 5 guys with none other than Frankie Valli for a medley of Four Seasons classics.

That was followed by Idol judge Mariah Carey, who showcased some of her biggest hits, including “Vision of Love,” “Make It Happen,” “My All,” “Hero,” “We Belong Together,” and her new single, “Beautiful.” Fellow judge Randy Jackson joined her onstage to play the bass.

Emeli Sandé then took the stage to join Amber Holcomb on her hit “Next To Me,” followed by PSY and his second single, “Gentleman.”

Judge Keith Urban rocked the crowd with his latest single, “Little Bit of Everything,” while former Idol contestant Jennifer Hudson killed “Inseparable” with Candice.

Idol contestants of past and present came together when Adam Lambert joined Angie Miller on “Titanium.” Then as Adam stepped offstage, Jessie J stepped on to duet with Angie on her hit, “Domino.”

Kree, Randy, Keith, and drummer Travis Barker joined forces for the country singer’s “Where the Blacktop Ends.”

Another mega diva, the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, performed with Kree, Candice, Angie, Amber, and Janelle via satellite for a medley of her classics, “Respect,” “Natural Woman,” and “Think.”

Finally, before Candice was crowned the winner, former judge Jennifer Lopez returned to the stage with Pitbull for their latest single, “Live It Up.”
