Owen Wilson Shares His Own ‘Internship’ Story

Ever wondered what Owen Wilson would be like as an intern? Well, now we really know!

Aside from starring as an intern at Google alongside fellow funny man Vince Vaughn in The Internship, the 44-year-old actor also gained work experience at a law firm back in his college days at the University of Texas … but it didn’t go over so well.

“I remember, this was a lot of times, my strategy was to lower expectations,” Owen revealed to On Air with Ryan Seacrest at the Los Angeles premiere of the comedy. “And one time I came back and I could hear the secretaries were imitating me saying, ‘He is so dumb!’ So I had done too good a job. They really do think I’m this idiot.”

The Internship hits theaters Friday June 7, but if you’re currently an intern you could see it for free early!

In honor of Intern Appreciation Day, you could score free tickets to see a special early screening of the movie Monday, June 3. For more information, click here!
