Rob Kardashian is a proud uncle once again!

The brother of the Kardashian clan phoned in to On Air with Ryan Seacrest and revealed that the newest addition to his family, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West‘s baby girl North West, is not only doing just fine, he approves of the little one’s unique moniker, as well.

“When it comes to babies I like to give the person all their time with their significant other [to] let them enjoy their moment,” the Arthur George sock designer shares. “I’m happy the baby is healthy and my sister is healthy.”

However, although he’s giving them their space, Rob did have some advice for the new parents, especially when it comes to the little girl’s name.

“I told Kim and Kanye this: I’m like, ‘Yo, people are always going to talk whether it’s good or bad. There’s always going to be the haters, but do what you guys feel.’ Like, you know everyone’s going to say, ‘Oh, you’re coming up with some weird celebrity, crazy name.’ You know how it is.”

“[But] North West, it sounds cool! [And] North is the highest point, so it has a lot of meaning to it.”

So what’s the proud uncle given the newest addition as a gift?

“I’m actually looking for like a giant animal to get North,” Rob reveals. “The baby came a month early. It’s so small, she needs a big stuffed animal.”

And aside from his Uncle duties, Rob’s been busy with his own business, a line of couture socks called Arthur George.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ Recap

Ranging from bold bright solids to even tie-dye prints and more, Rob explains the line as: “I’m all about letting it show itself and the designs kind of do the talking.”

“The first line that dropped, it was very colorful. But now, I’m kind of figuring stuff out and changing the packaging around. There’s still a little detail I’m ironing out,” he explains. “But I’m happy. There’s a new line coming out at Neimans July 1.”

And another area Rob is figuring out is his weight. “I’ve still got a lot to go,” he admits. “When I’m in fitness mode, nothing is really an issue. I’m all healthy. But when I’m not working out, I’m all bad … but I know how to get it together. It just takes a little time.”
