Justin Bieber Plays Country Star’s Son in Unaired ‘SNL’ Skit
Just because a skit featuring Justin Bieber didn’t make it to the final broadcast of Saturday Night Live, doesn’t mean it isn’t hilarious.
NBC has posted an unaired video clip to give fans an inside look at the skit, and why it didn’t make it into the show.
Bill Hader plays a country singer performing a song titled “Songs For Daddy,” and the 19-year-old pop star plays his son, as they collaborate for a comical attempt at a country ensemble.
Hader and fellow co-stars explain in the clip why it was “the greatest train wreck ever,” and didn’t make it into the show.
Apparently a wall from the set almost toppled the “Beauty and a Beat” star as he was busy making beats of his own on a keyboard in the corner of the skit. Justin looks a little irritated and briefly breaks character as he exclaims, “That’s not part of it!”
