Justin Timberlake Transforms Into Folk Singer in ‘Inside Llewyn Davis’
Justin Timberlake continues to prove why he is one of the most versatile superstars on the planet.
In the upcoming film, Inside Llewyn Davis, JT plays Jim Berkey, a traveling folk musician. The movie revolves around Llewyn Davis (Oscar Issac) as he attempts to break into New York City’s Greenwich Village music scene in the early 1960s.
The film also stars Carey Mulligan (Drive, Pride and Prejudice), Garrett Hedlund ( Tron: Legacy, Troy) and John Goodman.
In the new trailer, the “Suit & Tie“ singer steers clear of his normal look and sports an orange sweater. The Ethan and Joel Coen-directed movie won the Grand Pix Award at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival and the soundtrack of the film was produced by T-Bone Burnett and Marcus Mumford of Mumford & Sons.
Inside Llewyn Davis is set to hit theaters on December 6.
