Does Selena Gomez Use Justin Bieber Voicemail in New Song?
The pop star’s new album Stars Dance is set to debut on July 23, and not only did her hit single “Come and Get It” make everyone excited, but another track titled “Love Will Remember,” is making waves with fans.
Apparently, the song features a voicemail from Bieber, confessing his love for the 20-year-old star just prior to their breakup this year. But almost immediately after the track leaked on Tuesday, Hollywood Records took it down, so we’ll just have to wait another two weeks before we can find out for sure.
A close source of Bieber did confirm with E! News that the voice you hear on that message is indeed the 19-year-old’s. However, a rep for Rock Mafia, the producer for the single, won’t admit if it’s Justin, but they did tell E! News they are “very disappointed the song was leaked.”
The voicemail reportedly says: “Hey babe, it’s me. I just want to call and tell you that I love you so, so, so, so much. I just wanted to let you know that you are my princess. You are worthy of all the love in the world. You are the love of my life.”
In a previous interview with InStyle magazine, Selena explained the tune is “the most personal track on the record, for sure. It’s not an aggressive approach to what people are probably expecting.”
Although the song sadly suggests that the couple is officially over, the two pop stars continue to make everyone wonder what their relationship status is as they keep popping up together. The on-again, off-again duo attended the same Independence Day party and Bieber even posted a pic on instagram of the two of them captioned #heatbreaker.
Selena will keep everyone anxiously waiting for the release of her new album and we’ll just have to wait and see if the voicemail is actually Bieber.
