Karmin Honors the ‘90s in Retro-Looking ‘Acapella’ Music Video

We are almost positive this hallway has been used in a Madonna/Britney Spears/ TLC music video.

Karmin Acapella

The American pop duo Karmin has recently released the music video to their new single “Acapella,” a follow up their 2012 platinum hit “Brokenhearted.”

The song’s incredibly catchy beat matches perfect with the video’s ‘90s feel: bright colors, some crawling, and a sequence of choreographed dancing by an expensive car.

“The video for ‘Acapella’ is visually something we’ve always wanted to put out. Our first few major label videos didn’t totally capture who Karmin is,” explains the duo. “It feels good to create something like this where we are at the helm and can really be proud of. The video definitely plays homage to the 90s videos we grew up with and are still inspired by today.”

The song is available on iTunes and the full debut album is due out in September!
