What would you say … if you found Dave Matthews stranded on the side of the road on your way to his concert?

That was the case for two fans in Hershey Park, Pennsylvania, on July 13.

Emily Kraus and her boyfriend were running late to the venue when they noticed a man resembling the singer on the side of the road with a broken bicycle, according to CNN. (Click here to see the photo of Dave and Emily in her car!)

“I did not have a cell phone on the bicycle,” Dave told fans from the stage that night. “So I thought, ‘Sh-t.’ And then a nice lady named Emily rode up in a red car with a bicycle rack on it and gave me a ride on to the gig.”

And the superstar repaid the favor in a major way. Not only did he invite the couple for dinner, but he also had them backstage and gave them front-row seats to his show. He even signed their tickets, “Thanks for the ride.”

“My cheeks still hurt from smiling, giggling and laughing all night long … this will always be remembered,” she wrote on Facebook.
