The Backstreet Boys released their 8th studio album this week titled In a World Like This, marking the first time the boys collaborated and wrote songs together.

Including songs like “Show ‘Em (What You’re Made Of)“, which member Kevin Richardson revealed to On Air with Ryan Seacrest he co-wrote with A.J. McLean.

The singer tells us the song was inspired by his own father for his kids, meant as a pep talk for them when they get older.
