iHeartRadio Festival: 5 Reasons Why We ‘Heart’ Justin Timberlake

Today’s iHeart Radio Music Festival featured artist is the multi-talent Justin Timberlake, who will be joining artists like Sir Paul McCartney, Ke$ha, Bruno Mars, Katy Perry, and many more on September 20 and 21 in Las Vegas!

From being a lead vocalist in *NSYNC to his solo career and receiving the coveted Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, JT has managed to move and shake the music industry and has been referred to as the President of Pop (well, according to super-fan Jimmy Fallon)!

We can go on and on about why we love this crooner, but we have narrowed it down to 5 reasons why we “heart” Justin Timberlake:

1. He Can Sing AND Act

Nobody likes a one-trick pony, and the “Take Back the Night” singer knows just that. Not only can JT sing and dance, but he made his debut in the film industry with his movie “Model Behavior” and kept the ball rolling by landing lead roles in “Friends with Benefits,” “In Time,” and his latest movie with Ben Affleck, “Runner Runner.”

2. He Was in *NSYNC

Frost tips were all the rage in the ’90s, and we have the “Mirrors” singer to thank. How could we forget the iconic pop band *NSYNC where JT served as the front man? The singer-songwriter made his claim to fame by showcasing his charisma and killer vocals along with JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Lance Bass.

3. He Brought Sexy Back

There’s really no other song that can get you to dance the night away like “SexyBack.” The pulsing track mixed with heavy electronic can immediately bring life to any party. You’d be lying if you said you didn’t know the lyrics! Thank you JT, for this club banger.

4. He Cares About His Fans

We love Justin Timberlake and he loves us back! JT stopped his media tour to spend some time with brain surgery survivor, Giana DiLascio. After hearing about Giana’s story, the “Suit & Tie” singer took a break from his busy press tour to spend time with this inspiring 13-year-old. What a guy!

5. He Dated Britney Spears

Back in the day when all was right in the world, the Prince and Princess of Pop roamed the land and were the power couple of Hollywood! Although the very talented couple officially called it quits in 2002, JT revealed that his hit track “Cry Me A River” was inspired by the “Ooh La La” singer.
