Miley Cyrus ‘Starting as New Artist’ in ‘Miley: The Movement’ Trailer
Miley Cyrus will be the focus of upcoming MTV documentary Miley: The Movement and the first trailer shows off what is behind the singer’s style and spunk.
Opening with the backstage moments just before her controversial VMA performance, the trailer follows the “We Can’t Stop” singer from the studio to the stage and in many one-on-one interviews as she prepares her upcoming fourth studio album, Bangerz.
Fans also get to see the (almost) 21-year-old pop star sit down with Britney Spears to discuss her VMA performance before the show and she tells the “Work B**ch” singer that she wants to “just have fun.”
Miley also opens up about her career and her feeling that she’s just now “starting as a new artist.” In fact, from the :08 mark to :16, the footage is from when she stopped by On Air with Ryan Seacrest to debut “We Can’t Stop.”
The documentary will follow Miley over four months as she tours, meets fans, and readies Bangerz, due out October 8.
Miley: The Movement will air six days before Bangerz drops on Wednesday, October 2 at 10 p.m. on MTV.
