Miley Cyrus is officially going on tour and the Twerking Queen is revealing fans can expect to enter an entirely different realm at her show.

The 20-year-old Bangerz singer phoned in to On Air with Ryan Seacrest to talk about her upcoming tour, which kicks off in February, being the most popular Halloween costume this year, working with Kanye West, and her 21st birthday plans.

“Literally my whole life is revolving around this tour right now,” reveals Miley. “Diane Martel … and I, we’re putting together this tour that’s going to be insane … The minute you step into my arena, the whole thing feels like your a part of this crazy different world and you step in to a show the minute you walk in the door, rather than it being a show when I come onstage.”

“I just want the whole arena to always have a vibe and it to be fun and be a totally different experience and nothing that’s obviously traditional.”

And it’s clear from all the  Miley costumes this Halloween, she won’t have a hard time filling stadiums. Miley’s now-famous Twerking Teddy bear get-up from her MTV Video Music Awards was one of the most popular costumes this year. Everyone from Paris Hilton to Harry Styles donned the iconic look.

“I think Harry might have been one of my favorites,” Miley jokes. “Those shorts were very revealing … I told him he could have the ‘OG’ foam finger, but he was in Tokyo.”

At a Halloween party, “I went out and I was standing on the couch looking over the whole crowd and I saw a million people as me …That definitely says something if someone looks at it and knows. It’s that memorable–I think that’s really crazy.”

And speaking of the ‘OG’ foam finger, which Miley used suggestively during her performance with Robin Thicke, she reveals that “the guy who invented the foam finger was mad … I think he felt like I disrespected his creation [somehow], but he should be happy because he probably sold more foam fingers!”

And along with helping the sales of foam fingers, her VMA performance also helped kick off a relationship between Kanye and Miley, who are now working on a “dope” collaboration together.

“We met up after the VMAs,” she reveals. “He actually came and he watched my rehearsal for the VMAs and he was like, ‘You’re going to do something kind of insane tonight. It’s going to be memorable and awesome.’ And was really into it. I had wanted to go out after, but we had decided to go into the studio and we started working and my whole thing is no matter what I do, I just want to be around people that really believe in me. And that’s why him and I started working together.”

So when can we hear the highly anticipated track?

“Not 100% sure right now,” Miley says. “Kanye just started his tour, so let him get out on the road and everything and then after that.”

Aside from working with Kanye and hitting the road for her tour, Miley has another big milestone ahead of her — her 21st birthday! The “Wrecking Ball” singer explains that big night she’ll actually be working.

“I will be at the [American Music Awards] rehearsals, which is going to very exciting and turnt up! … Exactly where everyone wants to be on their 21st birthday … but actually… for me, is like the best birthday present ever because I get to perform at the AMAs.”

As for whether she plans on shocking people with her performance like at the VMAs, Miley says: “I’m not going to give you any details, but I’ve got one of my favorite performances set up for the AMAs. We’ve made some really cool content and it’ll be different than anything I’ve ever done … I’ve saved this moment for the AMAs since it’s going to be such a cool day … People are going to talk about it for, I feel, like a different reason.”

“It’s going to be more about the content that we’ve created,” she continues. “It’s going to be cool, beautiful, and modern.”

And in case anyone was wondering, Miley does not care what people think. In fact, not caring is what makes her Miley, she tells us. “I’ve always been one [that] at end of the day, I’m the one who has to lay my head down and think about what I’ve done … I never think about other people.”

For Miley, it’s her family’s opinion that truly matters. “My 12-year-old sister came up to me and said, ‘I’m so proud of you and I love looking up to you and love you being my sister because I see you actually don’t care … it’s only about you and what makes you happy’… and that meant more to me than anyone else saying it.”
