Lisa Vanderpump is back on our TVs Monday nights!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules reality star and restaurant owner phoned in to On Air with Ryan Seacrest to talk about the upcoming seasons of both of her hit Bravo shows.

With Season 4 kicking off last week, we had to wonder if the ladies immediately pick up their phones after each episode airs to hash it out with one another. ”Well if they’re talking to each other they do. You’ve got to remember, we see it a couple days before,  but that’s the first time we see the interview bites,” Lisa explains.

“Like, in last week’s episode, when I was looking at the scene and I was petting [Kyle Richards'] hair saying, ‘You miss me. Don’t you?’ I didn’t expect her interview bite to be, ‘God that was so patronizing.’ And I was thinking, ‘Where did that come from?’”

And speaking of whether the ladies are talking with one another, we were shocked to see in the Season 4 promo that there’s going to be a fallout between former friends Lisa and Brandi Glanville.

In the clip, Brandi shouts at Lisa: “‘I know you’re the chess player of all-time, but I just f***ing checkmated you, b***h.”

Lisa makes light of the comment and laughs, “I didn’t know she plays chess, I thought she’d be more like Shoots and Ladders … That’s right at the end, so I’m not going to give you the final pages to the book, but yeah it got pretty intense there.”

“I was kind of like a bit surprised where it came from,” Lisa continues. “I thought we were great friends and I’ve really been supportive and loved her and as far as I’m concerned really loyal to her and really kind of stuck my neck out … [So I was] shocked and disappointed to be honest.”

As for those rumors that Lisa is quitting the hit Bravo show, she clarifies: “I said to Andy [Cohen]… ‘I quit when you tell me I quit.’”

“Bravo sometimes gives a couple of us the hoof each season, so it’s always up to Bravo which direction it goes … But I don’t know. It’s certainly been a challenging year for me trying to open Pump, my new restaurant next to the Abbey on Santa Monica, and running my assistant businesses and doing Dancing With the Stars plus producing Vanderpump Rules and being in both shows. [So] I’ve felt like I’ve been stretched in all bloody directions, but it’s been an incredible year part from the emotional roller coaster I’ve been on with Housewives.”

And another emotional roller coaster Lisa gets taken on is with her staff who star on Vanderpump Rules. But Lisa clarifies the show isn’t the exact description of her successful Los Angeles restaurant Sur.

“You see the show and you think, ‘Oh my god! Is that what goes on there?’ Well a lot of their shenanigans go on outside the restaurant … that’s going to be a snore if I show you well-behaved waitresses … They’re not that naughty at the restaurant you know? Between the two restaurants, I might have 150 workers, you’re seeing, what? Eight? If I showed you the rest of the really well-behaved ones, you’d probably flip the channel.”

And all Vanderpump fans are dying to know, will Jax and Stassi get back together?

“Oh gosh, I know. Well that’s a very interesting journey this season … and I thought our first season was pretty fast and furious, but this, oh gee, and where it ends up … it kind of went a bit far in some respects.”

Well, we personally can’t wait!

Tune in to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules tonight on Bravo beginning at 8/7c.
