Kathy Griffin stopped by On Air with Ryan Seacrest to poke fun at Ryan and talk about lending her hand to the Trevor Project for their upcoming fundraiser this Sunday, TrevorLIVE.

The funny woman brought along her much-younger boyfriend Randy, and joked about their age difference, amongst other things. “The age difference between us is significant … I’m 53 and he’s 35,” she laughed. After making fun of Ryan a bit more (listen to the videos above and below for all her jokes at his expense), and uninviting him to their annual New Year’s Eve dinner with Anderson Cooper, Kathy got down to business and revealed she’s actually quite charitable.

Kathy, who was just inducted into the Guinness Book of World Records for having the most-televised stand-up comedy specials, is set to host TrevorLIVE, a fundraiser that brings together top entertainers and corporate leaders to support Trevor’s life-saving, life-affirming work for LGBTQ youth in crisis and this year, to honor actress Jane Lynch with the “Trevor Hero Award.”

“The Trevor Project is a great organization and we’re dealing with suicidal teens primarily from the LGBT community and it’s a hotline they’ve had forever and they have a website TrevorProject.org … but what’s exciting is they’ve also added texting … let’s say you’re being bullied and you’re maybe not in the situation where you have the privacy to make a call, you can send a text or email and get help that way,” Kathy explains.

The actress goes on to elaborate that she’s excited to be able to honor her good friend Jane Lynch because “the Glee kids will be there. Darren Criss is going to sing and Amber Riley and Cheyenne Jackson and I got my friend Sia to sing ‘Titanium.’”

Kathy will also be humoring the crowd. ”I don’t roast. I mean look, some time you get to people through comedy, but the event itself is more about celebrating the success of the organization. And trust me, they’ll have the film clip that’s going to have everybody in tears … but you know Jane is hysterically funny and so I get to do a little monologue up top, so we will infuse some humor, but the message is serious,” she tells us.
