Lea Michele Drops New Inspirational Track ‘Louder': Listen
After releasing the uplifting music video for her lead single, “Cannonball,” on Thursday, Lea Michele continues to preview her debut album by dropping the title track, “Louder,” on Monday exclusively through Billboard.
The pop-heavy track about finding strength in your voice — penned by Colin Munroe, Jaden Michaels, and Anne Preven — echoes another feel-good message with the inclusion of lyrics like: “But I just want to hear your voice / don’t be afraid / why don’t you scream a little louder.”
“It’s a song that, no matter what, I can play in my car with the windows down,” the Glee star told Billboard. “But at the same time, I feel like it shows off my voice as a singer, which is really important to me, because that’s what I do. I want to make sure that every song on my record is fun and enjoyable, but also, you hear my voice in them.”
The song is the third cut off her debut album, Louder, slated for release on March 4, but fans can pre-order the 14-track LP by clicking here.
