TMZ’s Dax Holt Talks About Justin Bieber’s House Raid
Justin Bieber‘s house was raided on Tuesday morning by L.A. County Sheriff officers after he allegedly egged his neighbor’s home last week.
The incident — which resulted in $20,000 worth of damage and hence a felony — led to a search warrant being issued to raid the 19-year-old singer’s home.
Dax Holt from TMZ phoned into On Air with Ryan Seacrest to expand on what happened and revealed that 11 officers were dispatched to Bieber’s home unannounced in search of evidence related to the alleged egging.
Dax tells us the police “did dismantle his security system to check out the tape” however, they also found his good friend Lil Za in possession of a narcotic and arrested him on the spot.
While Justin wasn’t arrested, Dax shares he still has not been exonerated from any wrongdoing. “I know they’re going to go through the surveillance tape to see if they can find anything to connect him and if they do, then he could be on the hook for the egging, the felony, and potentially … it would be jail time for him.”
Although many people feel egging doesn’t warrant this amount of attention, Dax explains: “I didn’t think it would get to this level however the part that gets it to a felony is the fact of how much damage the egging cost … the estimate comes back at $20,000.”
And it doesn’t help this is the same neighbor Justin has had previous issues with, including allegedly spitting in his face.
