Justin Bieber Arrested: TMZ’s Harvey Levin Explains

TMZ’s Harvey Levin phoned into On Air with Ryan Seacrest to reveal more breaking details about Justin Bieber‘s arrest.

The 19-year-old pop star was taken into custody earlier this morning after drag racing in Miami for driving under the influence, driving with an expired license, and resisting arrest without violence.

“We got the police report [and] this is bad,” Harvey explains. “What happened was, according to the police report, he was racing one of his friends … they were going somewhere between 55 and 60 mph … his friends had blocked off a residential street … the cops approached his car … he reeked of alcohol, had bloodshot eyes …[and] the cops say he was really defiant.”

In fact, Harvey goes on to explain, Justin not only resisted arrest, but cussed out the cops, including yelling at them after being patted down: “I ain’t got no [f–king] weapons!”

On top of being arrested for resisting arrest and driving under influence, Justin was also driving with an expired license.

The 19-year-old is currently in jail and being booked.
