Justin Bieber Sits on Car Roof and Waves to Fans After Posting Bail

Justin Bieber appeared in court on Thursday afternoon, hours after he was arrested in Miami.

After the judge explained to the singer what he was being charged with, his lawyer spoke up … and he is a familiar face.

Real Housewives of Miami star Lea Black‘s husband, attorney Roy Black, was representing the teen, who was charged with driving under the influence, driving with an expired license, and resisting arrest without violence.

Bieber appeared in front of a judge with rolled jumpsuit sleeves and kept quiet while the judge set his bail at $2,500.

The bail amount includes $1,000 for resisting arrest, $1,000 for DUI, and $500 for having an expired license.

Bieber’s hired power attorney has also represented William Kennedy Smith, Rush Limbaugh and Kelsey Grammer.

Bieber posted bail shortly after and headed straight to an awaiting SUV. But before he got in, he hopped up on the roof of the vehicle to wave to fans. As of press time, it’s unclear where he was heading.
