TMZ’s Mike Walters Says Cops ‘Exaggerated’ Justin Bieber’s Arrest

Mike Walters phoned in to On Air with Ryan Seacrest on Monday morning to update us on the latest Justin Bieber news.

The 19-year-old was arrested last week for driving under the influence, driving with an expired license, and resisting arrest without violence in Miami. However, new intel that’s been released is putting those allegations under fire.

Mike explains that if you look at the police report, the cops allege they pulled the singer over after drag racing, but there are now factors being released that indicate otherwise.

For one, video has been released showing the cars driving behind one another and not speeding, indicating they weren’t racing. And even more proof showing Bieber and Crazy Khalil weren’t racing is the cars’ GPS system.

As Mike explains, the cars are equipped with GPS systems that show they were only traveling at 27 MPH, not 55-60 MPH, as the police report states.

Adding to the “evidence they exaggerated” is Justin’s blood-alcohol level. He reportedly blew only a .014, which accounts to being a barely-measurable amount, whereas the police stated he was so intoxicated they could smell the alcohol on him.

Bieber’s currently in Panama and Mike adds that it “looks like an intervention,” as “his mom, Usher, and Scooter Braun — all the important people — are there.”
