Celeb Chef Wolfgang Puck Shares Post-Oscars Governors Ball Menu

Celebrity chef and restaurant owner Wolfgang Puck is set to serve the stars for the 20th year after the Oscars at the Governors Ball this Sunday.

And this time, the menu ranges from vegan dishes to comfort foods, and of course, those little Oscar statue-shaped treats.

“The host of the show is vegan. Ellen [DeGeneres] is a vegan, so we added more vegan dishes,” Wolfgang shares of this year’s spread when he called in to On Air with Ryan Seacrest.

Some of those vegan dishes include cauliflower chips, carrot and orange gazpacho, and a tomato salad. “But the main thing,” the chef adds, “is people are hungry and they want comfort foods.”

So he’s planning on serving a wide variety of feel-good dishes like pasta appetizers, tuna tartare in sesame cones, mini burgers, smoked salmon Oscars, and lobster and shrimp dumplings.

Wolfgang also says he serves everything in small portions so you can taste a bunch of different things, including the chicken pot pie!
