A mother of two and an international superstar … Jennifer Lopez can do it all!

J.Lo dons a vibrant Chanel swimsuit (and looks glamorous in it) as she graces the April 2014 issue of InStyle MagazineIn the interview, the American Idol judge opens up about her life and her 10th studio album.

“You get to a point in life where it suddenly occurs to you that you don’t need all the things you once thought you did — that it’s really, well, convoluted,” she dishes to the mag. “My life feels overblown sometimes, and I don’t want it to be. I want it to be streamlined. So I’m living a much more unscripted life now than I have in a long time.”

What can fans expect from her new release?

“This album is tough,” the 44-year-old shares with the mag. “There’s strength, but also humor. It’s about being smarter about love—and not taking yourself so seriously.”

The April 2014 issue will hit newsstands March 14 and Jennifer’s French Montana-assisted single, “I Luh Ya Papi,” is now available to download on iTunes.
