Adam Lambert and Chris Colfer have become rockstar luminaries on FOX’s Glee after covering The Darkness‘ “I Believe in a Thing Called Love.” This time, the musical duo have decided maintain their rock ‘n’ roll momentum by trying their hands at A Great Big World‘s introspective track, “Rockstar.”

The rework features both singers rotating verses and coming together for a hair-raising finish as they flex their distinct vocals over the feel-good arrangements — which are borrowed from the original tune.

The “Whataya Want From Me” singer, who also covered Heart‘s “Barracuda” with Lea Michele and The Supremes‘ “The Happening” with Demi Lovato and Chris, is scheduled to tour with Queen this summer. Click here for tickets and information.

An all-new hour of Glee titled  “New New York” — which comes on the heels of the two-part celebration for the show’s 100th episode — airs on Tuesday at 8/7c.
